Website Services Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to website design, website refreshes, landing pages, ongoing maintenance, and related website support services.

Project scope, pricing, timelines, revisions, and payment requirements will be confirmed before work begins. Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and will be discussed before that work is completed.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, branding materials, website access, and feedback needed to complete the project. Delays in receiving required materials or approvals may affect project timelines.

Confidential business information, website credentials, and project materials will be treated as confidential. If outside technical assistance is required, the client will be informed before confidential information or account access is shared.

Websites may rely on third party services such as hosting companies, domain registrars, WordPress software, Wix, Squarespace, plugins, themes, and other online services. Availability, security, compatibility, pricing, and policies of these services are outside my control.

Specific search rankings, website traffic, sales, enquiries, revenue, or other business outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Once all agreed project fees have been paid, the client will own the original website content and design work created specifically for their project. Third party software, themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, templates, and licensed materials remain subject to their respective licences.

Either party may request cancellation of a project. Payment remains due for work already completed and expenses already incurred before cancellation.

By purchasing or continuing with website services, the client agrees to these terms and to the terms contained within their individual Website Services Agreement.
